Ten King’s Cross is Ten’s flagship studio, bringing together movement, treatment and wellbeing in one standout central London setting. Set within the iconic Gasholders Building, the studio is home to Reformer Pilates, Classical Equipment Pilates, Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Clinical Exercise, Personal Training and Wellness, all delivered through Ten’s joined-up approach to health and fitness.
Pilates is at the heart of the studio, with two dedicated spaces designed to help you build strength, improve control and move with confidence.
Our main Reformer Pilates studio is a bright, spacious room with reformer beds and full-length mirrors, giving you the space and feedback to focus on your technique. Alongside our expert-led Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes, King’s Cross is also one of the few Ten studios to offer Classical Equipment Pilates.
The second space, is our smaller classical equipment Pilates studio, which is fully equipped with a complete range of classical Pilates apparatus, including the Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Split Pedal Chair and Ladder Barrel. This space supports a more tailored, equipment-based approach, whether you’re rehabilitating an injury, refining your practice or working towards specific goals.
Whether you are starting with Beginners Pilates, progressing through Intermediate Pilates, moving into Advanced Pilates, or looking for one-to-one support, our experienced instructors are here to guide you every step of the way.
Beyond the Pilates studios, the space has been designed to support every part of your wellbeing. You’ll find a dedicated gym and personal training area, five treatment rooms for massage and physiotherapy, and an on-site wellness suite complete with a cryotherapy chamber and infrared sauna.
