I came across Ten pilates around July last year and I have been regularly attending classes for the past 6 months .. the instructors are brilliant I particularly enjoy classes taken by Bianca, Darius and Sahara. I started pilates due to ongoing injuries including lower back / disc related issues, Ten Pilates has really helped me recover and regain my strength, they were also very kind and patient when my injuries flared up and I had to recover and reschedule. For traditional and safe Pilates for all abilities (beginner to advanced), I couldn’t recommend this studio enough.

Started physio here after having knee pain for over 7 months (despite going to see previous physiotherapists). Jen was incredible, so knowledgeable, kind and patient. Worked with me for a couple months; now I’m completely pain free!

Fantastic place, classes are great and physio top notch too. Had been a big fan of Ten in Mayfair but following an office move delighted to get back into Pilates and the City Team are just as good - well worth an early start on a Monday morning - keep it up please!7am Advanced class with Fabiana is an absolute cracker - best of the week! Come and give it a go!

I’ve been receiving physiotherapy at Ten Health - City following shoulder injury and subsequent surgery earlier this year.Eros Fragkiadakis has supported me on my journey to full recovery, helping me regain mobility, strength and confidence in a joint that had been historically prone to injury.His support has also helped me gather the knowledge to know how to protect myself from and prevent injury in future. For instance, explaining in detail the different muscle groups around the joint and how to strengthen them.I’m now able to pursue physical activity (swimming, upper body strength training etc) with confidence and therefore cannot recommend him enough!

I’ve been having physio treatment with Eros for over a year now and can’t rate him highly enough. During this time he’s helped me recover from a multiple fractured spine and two reconstructive shoulder surgeries.He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional and has been an unwavering source of positive energy and support. By always looking for new ways to keep the rehabilitation process fun, interesting and rewarding, his encouragement and dedication has kept me motivated to reach my recovery goals and get back to full health as soon as possible!Also worth mentioning the rest of the team at Ten Health, who are all super friendly. I regularly attend classes at Notting Hill Gate, but I was willing to travel to Liverpool Street just to take Lucy's class. It was definitely worth the effort and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a fantastic Pilates experience. One of the things I appreciate about Lucy's classes is her ability to make Pilates accessible to everyone. She is able to modify exercises for those with injuries or physical limitations, or tailor the class for beginners to intermediate participants upon request, ensuring that everyone is able to participate and benefit from the class. Her positive and encouraging demeanor makes her classes a joy to attend, and the time flies by.In conclusion, if you are searching for a talented Pilates reformer instructor and a demanding workout, look no further than Lucy and Brett (he usually instructs at Notting Hill Gate). I highly recommend their classes to anyone who wants to improve their strength, flexibility, and overall wellness. Thanks

Been going for around two months, love this place! The instructors I’ve had have all been friendly and really want to help you - credit to instructors Luke, Fabiana, and Dario. I had an issue with one instructor being rude and was offered another class for free due to this and the receptionist was very understanding and friendly. I am very excited to see my progress! I would advise getting to the classes early. The changing rooms have a hair dryer, deodorant, and hair spray, which I appreciate.
