Zac

Massage Therapist
Favourite areas to treat:

Zac likes to treat the body as a whole, the most interesting thing for him is working out where a clients pain is coming from and treating at the source.

Zac trained in Level 3 & 5 Sports Massage at the School of Natural Therapies, consistently earning top marks throughout his studies. Since then, he has worked as a self-employed massage therapist, treating a diverse range of clients.

Zac is also a pole and aerial instructor, as well as an occasional performer, with a deep passion for dance and movement, something he only began to explore in his 20s.

Through his work as an aerial instructor, Zac has encountered a significant number of complex injuries, many of which have led people to leave the activities they love. This inspired him to dedicate himself to understanding the body and how it functions, aiming to help his students stay safe, build strength where it’s needed, and continue pursuing their passions. His interest in remedial therapies and Sports Massage grew from this, eventually evolving into a passion of its own. Today, helping people alleviate pain and recover from injuries is a central part of Zac’s work.

With significant experience treating shoulder, back, and hip injuries, Zac believes in taking a holistic approach to therapy. He views the body as an interconnected system, and when it comes to massage, he focuses on addressing the root causes of pain, rather than simply treating the symptoms.

As a serial hobbyist, Zac has explored a variety of activities, including dance, bouldering, figure skating, hiking, and drawing. When he’s not in the dance studio or treating clients, you can often find him outside, immersed in nature.
