Olivia graduated from Brunel University with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, having previously gained a degree in forensic science – wanting to combine her investigative mind with her desire to help people. Since then, she has gained a breadth of clinical understanding, working across London privately and in the NHS.
Olivia is passionate about using exercise prescription and manual therapy to assist her clients to reach their physical goals, keeping them on the straight and narrow for the long-term. Specialising not only in running-related injuries, shoulder injuries, chronic neck and back pain and all those daily aches and pains, she is also a Women’s Health specialist.
Since joining Ten, Olivia has been focussing on Pelvic Health as part of our Women’s Health team, as she feels passionately about helping improve health equality for women. She believes in treating her patients with a holistic approach by identifying lifestyle factors that contribute to pain and injury, to aid a speedy recovery.
Olivia regularly shadows orthopaedic surgeons in their clinics, which has allowed her to build lasting relationships with some of London’s leading consultants, understanding what makes them the best in their field. Building these relationships throughout her career has allowed her to match consultants with the individual needs of her patients, providing a seamless patient pathway.
In her free time, Olivia enjoys taking part in a wide variety of sports and believes this is beneficial to better understand the impact that various sports have on the body. This enables her to offer specialised treatment plans cantered around the individual.
