Favourite Exercise:

I really enjoy any stabilising exercises that get the smaller muscle groups involved, as we don’t think about these enough.

Lucy enjoys exercise as a celebration of what our bodies can do, and especially likes the use of Pilates for exercise recovery/rehabilitation and injury prevention.

As a circus artist, Lucy prefers to use a proactive approach and aims to prevent injuries before they happen by breaking moves and exercises down and working as efficiently as possible.

She enjoys studying the function of the different parts of the body, and how they all work together, to bring a logical, practical and applicable approach to her coaching.
