Ken left the corporate world after a two-decade career as a business journalist, and went on a journey of introspection that led him to pursuing massage therapy.

Ken then discovered the reformer and the power of movement and exercise. He instantly realised that he was fascinated with the human anatomy and helping others through their own wellness journeys.

Ken brings energy and a unique blend of expertise and discipline to his classes, where everyone is encouraged to explore their full potential.

Away from the studio, you are likely to find Ken in the gym, in front of his piano or spending time in Berlin, his adopted home.
