Favourite things to treat:

I enjoy treating a variety of areas and creating innovative, individualised treatment plans, with my patients remaining at the heart of every decision.

Nita began her journey into the world of health and fitness through participation in gymnastics and athletics. As a competitive gymnast for over a decade, she loved exploring movement and overcoming physical and psychological barriers. This foundation led to the pursuit of a career in physiotherapy.

She later graduated from Brunel University London with a first class degree in Physiotherapy, gaining experience in: Amputee Rehabilitation, working with Adults with Learning Disabilities, Cystic Fibrosis patients, Paediatrics and Musculoskeletal Outpatients. This confirmed her interest in specialising in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy, being afforded the time to create positive environments for her patients to thrive throughout their rehabilitation journeys.

With over 5 years of experience working with one of the UK’s leading providers of private Musculoskeletal physiotherapy, Nita’s taken on various leadership roles. This includes leading land-based and aquatic group exercise classes, becoming a clinical mentor, facilitating the development of her team, whilst continuing to support her patients. She developed into an area manager, leading one of the largest areas of the national network. These roles offered insight into the patient and therapist experience, cementing Nita’s love of collaboratively working towards a shared vision, which she aims to bring to her sessions.

Nita has experience working with patients navigating a variety of situations including post operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, occupational health concerns, acute or chronic conditions. She values understanding her patients’ journeys to the clinic room, as well as their desired outcomes. This informs the creation of individualised treatment plans with her patients.

These days her time out of clinic is spent in aerial hoop classes, at the gym and escaping to the coast.
