Fri 22 November8:00amIntermediate - Dynamic Reformer Pilates
A step up in pace and intensity, and definitely not for first-timers. Expect a varied and challenging workout with more functional progressions and an emphasis firmly on effort and results.
Mason Vivian
Mason is from Australia, he graduated from a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science in 2017. As part of this he studied six months abroad in USA at Gannon University. Post this he studied a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology and graduated in 2022.

Upon his graduation, he’s spent the last year working closely with managing and treating chronic health conditions such as cardiovascular, particularly hypertension, myocardial infarction and post-cardiac surgical rehab, diabetes, cancer, osteopenia and osteoporosis and falls risk clients. He’s also worked closely with elite sports for their return to play rehab.

Outside of his clinical work Mason loves all things sports, particularly Australian Rules, basketball and football.

He loves his music with a record collection of over 400 records. Genres range from Disco, deep house, house to classics.

Fri 22 November2:00pmIntermediate with Jumpboard
Adding a Jumpboard to our Reformers brings plyometric and cardio benefits to Dynamic Pilates. This is an unapologetically demanding workout, so expect to sweat, and feel your legs (and lungs) burning.

You should already be attending our Intermediate or Advanced Reformer Pilates classes in order to join this class.

No prior experience is necessary for this class; a basic level of fitness is helpful but not essential. Clients are introduced to the equipment, techniques and some basic exercises. Recommended as your first class with Ten or for those of you who would like to practice at a gentler pace - though it's still more than enough of a workout to get those all important endorphins going.
