Anywhere that needs the work! The most rewarding side of my work is to have my clients leave with a sense of relief and renewed vitality.

Danielle has a huge passion for fitness and wellness. Growing up as a competitive Irish dancer, she experienced firsthand the benefits of massage for athletes of all abilities during both training and competition. Having witnessed how important massage therapy is for the body and encouraging its repair and rehabilitation, she decided to expand her knowledge by completing her ITEC qualifications in Anatomy & Physiology, Sports & Deep Tissue Therapies – which she quickly fell in love with.

She finds it extremely rewarding to help others in their journey to recovery, reach their peak performance potential and ultimately, make people feel better.

Danielle specialises in Remedial, Deep Tissue & Sports Massage therapies. She also works as a therapist for a football academy where she treats athletes for injury prevention and recovery. She likes to advise on home care for the players and her clients too, such as stretching, strengthening and mobility work to be done outside of her treatment sessions.

During her sessions, Danielle listens to her clients and adjusts the treatment according to their needs. She believes that self-care is more important now than ever, and truly believes that remedial massage is the perfect medium to enhance day to day quality of life as well as reaching optimal performance capabilities.

When Danielle isn’t working, she loves keeping active by taking part in regular Cross Fit sessions, boxing and working out at the gym. She also likes to enjoy downtime by practicing yoga, cooking and most importantly, eating!
