| Sun 21 December | 9:00am | Classical Equipment Pilates Using Pilates apparatus including the Reformer, Barrel, Wunda Chair and Cadillac, in these small group classes you will follow your own individual programme as you rotate between each piece of Pilates equipment. Each machine features a system of springs, creating resistance to allow and encourage the muscles of the hips, shoulders, arms and legs to work effectively. The resistance can be altered and set to suit the needs of each individual. This enables our team to devise a programme to facilitate the best possible outcome for our clients’ varying needs. If you are new to Pilates an introductory assessment/therapist referral is required prior to taking part in a Group Circuit class.
